Returns/Exchanges

       All Returns or Exchanges require a RMA Number. To get a RMA number please email us at support@ex-treme-rc.com Our support people will review your request for Return or Exchange, please state in your email the reason for your request. Many times our support people can help you resolve a problem without you have to go through the process of returning the item. If our support people determine to grant a return or exchange they will email you back with a RMA number. Once you have received a RMA number from us simply download the PDF Form located at this link: RMA FORM You can print a copy of the form and then complete the form and send it along with the return or exchange item.

NOTE: A Return or Exchange cannot be processed unless you include the completed form.

Cartridges:  For the safety of our other customers and for you we cannot accept Return or issue refund for cartridges. Even if the seal on the cartridges has not be broken we cannot risk that the cartridges may have been tampered with. In our policy page we asked that you check your order before you placed it that you have ordered the correct flavor or type of cartridge.

REFUND REQUEST

  A request for a refund must be placed within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Before returning your purchase you must first email us to get a RMA number. To get a RMA number please email us at support@ex-treme-rc.com Please state on the email your reason for requesting a Refund. Note that a flat $25.00 re-stocking per unit fee will be deducted from any Refund. Also if a replacement was sent that too must be returned and a additional $25 restocking fee will be deducted for each replacement unit.
